Dot Crucible does not offer domain names
for sale to infringe upon or violate the rights or copyrights of others.
Your marketing strategy, advertising, web site's content,
and many other factors determine the successful use of a domain name and
purchasers of domain names shall indemnify Dot Crucible in any situation
resulting from the use of a domain name or names purchased from Dot Crucible.
The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution
Policy As Approved by ICANN on October 24, 1999 applies to all domain
names we sell.
Dot Crucible or any of it's personnel will not
be liable for the results of any use of a domain name sold by Dot Crucible.
Purchaser Requirements
To purchase a domain name from Dot Crucible a purchaser
must be of an age to enter into a legally binding agreement.
If you 'the purchaser' are acting as an
agent for someone else, you represent that you have the authority to nonetheless
bind that person as a principal to all required terms and conditions,
including the ICANN Dispute Policy. In the same respect you 'the purchaser'
will be required to agree that if your agent is acting on your behalf,
you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all required terms and conditions,
including the Dispute Policy and shall be responsible for any errors made
by your agent.
Purchaser
and or agent thereof shall be required to accept liability for harm caused
to anyone by wrongful representation.
Acceptance, Performance, Governing Law
Any acceptance of your application for any
of our services and the performance of those services shall occur in Northlake,
Illinois, the location of our principal place of business.
Your rights, obligation, duties, and actions
shall be governed in all respects by, and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without reference
to rules governing choice of laws.
Any action relating to your rights, obligation, duties,
and actions must be brought in the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois or in the circuit court of
Cook County, Illinois. Any parties concerned irrevocably consent to the
personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of such
courts.
